  • Recommendation for use

    Directions:

    Take 1 caplet (spherical tablet) 1 to 2 times daily with a meal or before bed (with plenty of water). For increased needs, 2 caplets may be taken at a time.

    Notes:

    Do not take within two hours of taking antibiotics.

    Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
