L-Glutamine (also known as glutamine) is an amino acid that is required by the body for good health because it is involved in many critical body functions.
Kirkman® offers the highest quality, chemically pure L-Glutamine available. Our capsules are hypoallergenic, specially formulated for individuals with special requirements or sensitivities. They are made from plant cellulose (pine) instead of the traditional animal gelatin shell.
The body can synthesize L-Glutamine; however, in times of stress, the body can not make enough, and supplementation may be required to prevent a deficiency.
