The microbiome of girls and women has specific characteristics in terms of composition and diversity. Ther-Biotic® Women’s Formula contains 10 documented bacterial strains that have proven effective in studies as part of a microbiome-conscious diet for women.
Diverse Microbiota – Tailored to the Female Environment
Each capsule provides 25 billion colony-forming units (CFU), consisting of:
- 7 Lactobacillus strains: L. acidophilus, L. brevis, L. rhamnosus, L. gasseri, L. casei, L. salivarius, L. plantarum
- 3 Bifidobacterium strains: B. bifidum, B. breve, B. longum
These cultures are part of the natural microflora and have been the subject of numerous nutritional science studies.
Inulin as a Fiber Carrier – Enhanced with InTactic® Technology
The cultures are embedded in inulin from chicory root—a soluble fiber that can serve as a substrate for certain microorganisms. In addition, the InTactic® polysaccharide technology protects the microorganisms as they pass through the stomach.

Take one capsule daily with a meal and some liquid. If needed, the capsule can be opened and the contents stirred into food or drink.
3. Is the product suitable for women with sensitive digestion?
Yes, the hypoallergenic formulation is free from artificial additives and is therefore also suitable for sensitive individuals.
4. Does the product need to be refrigerated?
Yes, for optimal stability it should be stored in the refrigerator at 6–8 °C.
