    Each capsule contains the following microorganisms in a balanced composition:

    Yes, the capsules can be opened and the contents stirred directly into food or drinks – for example, into yogurt or smoothies.

    5. How long does one package last?

    Directions:

    1 capsule daily; as needed up to 2 capsules daily. Capsules may be pulled apart and the contents taken seperately.
