  • Recommendation for use

    Directions:

    The recommended dosage is 1 stick (1.5 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised. Open the stick and put the powder directly into the mouth. If desired, add the powder to water, stir and drink immediately. Preferably take during or after a meal.

    Notes:

    Suitable for children from 3 years.

    Suitable for vegetarians.

    Overuse may produce laxative effects .
